Rogier is an experienced director in the field of Cybersecurity & IT (outsourcing). Before joining Tesorion, Rogier worked for Sogeti for 10.5 years in a number of roles including six years as Director Cybersecurity. Before that he worked at GMT Europe B.V. and was also at a guest lecturer at the Hogeschool in Amsterdam where he developed and taught the Business Intelligence course.
Johan has been closely involved with every aspect of data and information security since his time as a student at the TU Delft. Thanks to his remarkable knowledge of tracing computer viruses and data recovery he was awarded an apprenticeship at the Dutch Central Police Intelligence Unit (CRI). He was involved in setting up a secure computer crime department at the Netherlands Forensic Lab before continuing his career at the forensic department at Deloitte, where he spent 13 years building and consolidating an international Financial Crime and Advanced Analytics team.
After graduating in Informatics from TU Delft, Bas worked for over 25 years in various roles, business environments and technical domains including Pink Elephant, ICL / Fujitsu and KPN. He is passionate about putting the client first, keeping an all-encompassing overview and creating an environment in which various teams can collaborate successfully. He thrives on trimming complex environments to their bare essentials. He is convinced that the power of long-term relationships can help to optimise the value chain and that working together can take cybersecurity to the next level and really make life easier for the client.
After graduating, Rik worked for ING in Amsterdam. After four years he decided to switch to accountancy and trained as an accountant at PwC. Seven years later he became financial director at a retailer. Before joining Tesorion he fulfilled several roles in corporate finance, annual accounts audits, and restructuring.
Izaäk has more than 15 years’ experience in various HR roles. After graduating in business studies from the Hanzehogeschool and the University of Groningen, he started his career as a quality process consultant. He then spent 10 years in HR management at various financial organisations, followed by 7 years at an international strategic consultancy, where he was responsible for HR policy for the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and England.
